Return and Refund Policy for Purchased Items


We deeply care about the quality of our merchandise. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 calendar days of receiving the order for a full refund of the merchandise cost. After 30 days, we will replace or refund your purchase against manufacturer's defects onlyPlease note that we cannot accept returns on monogrammed or personalized items or items damaged through normal war and tear. We also cannot accept returns of final-sale items, which are identified by a price ending .99. Please visit our full policy on refunds below.

    How do I return?

    • Go to
    • Enter your order number and email address that you used for your purchase in the fields above and click Start a Return
    • Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
    • You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines


    How soon will I get my refund?

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 20 business days.


    Return Instructions

    1. Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email, and a note specifying your RMA number securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.

    2. Go to local post office, or another courier, to ship the package. Return address for the package:

    3. Please provide us the tracking number from post office or couriers if applicable. You can keep tracking your package by receiving email for shipment updates.

    4. You will receive a email as soon as we received your items, and when refund is approved.


    Refund Policy

    Our policy lasts 30 calendar days. If 30 calendar days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as flowers, fresh leaves, fresh succulents, fresh garlands or any other fresh materials cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be accepted.


    LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

    If you haven’t received a refund within the period specified above, contact your credit card company or the payment provider (Paypal, etc.) first; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.     SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


    EXCHANGES (if applicable)

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
