Via Flora ships to all 48 lower contiguous United States and Hawaii. We do not ship to Alaska or Puerto Rico at this time. FREE SHIPPING is available for orders above $99 in purchased goods within the lower contiguous United States. We offer FREE SHIPPING to Hawaii on orders above $120 in purchased goods.
What shipping methods are available?
Most of our products require Ground Shipping. We ship non-perishable items via Standard USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Service.
Perishable items, such as fresh garlands, succulents or foliage, are shipped via Fedex, UPS or other Express Carriers.
Do I get a tracking number for my order?

How are shipping and handling charges calculated?
Based on the nature of our business, we offer a 4 tier flat rate shipping and handling, starting at $5 for orders up to $25, $7 flat rate shipping for orders up to $55 and $10 flat rate shipping for orders up to $98.99. Order above $99 in ordered goods ship for free. Always make sure to read the details for each listed shipping method during check-out for specific information.
Will my order ship all in one package?
If your order only contains non-perishable items, you will most likely receive the order all in one package. However, we do utilize multiple shipping facilities to get your items to you as quickly as possible and you may receive your goods in multiple packages.
If your order contains both, perishable and non-perishable items, we will ship in multiple packages. We will get the non-perishable items to you as soon as possible. Orders with perishable items ship for a specific date, which you will select upon purchase.
What happens if my order is marked "Return to Sender"?
While we are not responsible if a package is lost or mis-delivered because incorrect (or incomplete) address information is provided on the order form, if an order is returned to us by the post office we will contact you via help ticket once we have received it. If the order was returned due to incorrect or incomplete information, or because you've moved, please be advised that you will be responsible for any applicable reshipping costs. In the event you request a refund for the returned package, please be aware that your refund will not include the original shipping fees or any incurred from it being returned.
How long will it take to get my order?
Due to the nature of our products, we offer ground shipping for most of our products, which may take 10-15 days. If you have an event coming up in less than 15 business days, please contact us via email@example.com
before you checkout to see what shipping options are available in order for you to receive your purchased items in time for your event.
Personalized items such as place cards as well as our collection of high quality table napkins and table runners are made to order. That means that your items are printed, laser cut or sewn after you place your order and the processing timeframe is between 5-7 business days before you order can be shipped. If your order is now past its 8th business day and is still not shipped, please get in touch with our customer service team via firstname.lastname@example.org
